We aim for perfection in everything…including sports. Sports Activities aim to develop fundamental skills such as focus, strategic thinking and leadership through the practice of sporting discipline. Our ensemble of sporting activities include new age sports such as Taekwondo, Karate and Yoga.
Traditional sports such as Basketball, Volleyball and Football,Cricket,Martial Arts.
Each extracurricular activity has a carefully constructed syllabus, which is taught in a scientific and planned manner to ensure that the participants not only enjoy the sport, but also develop the qualities that these sports nurture in the athletes.
Yoga helps children to deal with their stress and bring back some peace of mind. Those who regularly practice yoga not only report lower levels of stress and anxiety and subsequently improved academic performance.Many children suffering from ADHD are able to reduce their medication with regular yoga practice. This is one of the amazing benefits of yoga.
The practice of various asanas on a regular basis leads to correction of posture, enhances flexibility and improves balance as it brings equilibrium to the whole body.
Yoga is tangible. Through asanas, children build strength, endurance, confidence as well as the mind-body connection. You can self-assess the changes and positivity you feel after having engaged in this for some time. This confidence attained on the yoga mat is then carried into the real world as well along with strength, compassion and acceptance.
Children’s reaction to discipline in the beginning is little difficult but if they are encouraged then later they start developing self-discipline. Being self disciplined helps the child to develop an ability to focus their mind on a task given which results in improving concentration.

encourages Self-discipline,promotes healthy body and weight.
